If you try to download songs on more than 5 devices, you’ll see an error message that says “Device Limit Exceeded”. To start downloading on your new device, you’ll need to deauthorize some of the old ones first.
If you’d like to remove devices you no longer have access to, we’ll take care of that for you! First, check out your device list on www.jiosaavn.com > Profile icon in the top right-hand corner > Account Settings > Devices. Then let us know which ones to remove by emailing us from Settings > Contact Us.
