How do I deactivate my JioTune?

You can deactivate your JioTune using either of these methods:

  1. SMS: Send a text message Stop to 56789 and follow the process to deactivate your JioTune.
  2. IVR: Dial 155223 from your Jio number and follow the IVR to deactivate your JioTune.
  3. MyJio: Open the app, go to “Music” section and visit “JioTunes” to deactivate the current     JioTune.
