All your downloads are safe and sound! First, make sure to connect to cellular data on your Jio network, then relaunch the app. Your downloads should copy automatically. If not, please try the steps below.
- On Android, go to Settings > Pro Options > Sync Downloads. That’ll get everything back, right where you left it!
- On iOS, you may need to update your JioMusic app. Go the iOS App Store, download the last update to JioMusic, and open it. Then quit and relaunch your JioSaavn app. The two apps will talk to each other and get all your downloads back where they belong. If you still don’t see them, go to Settings > Pro Options > Sync Downloads.
