For payments made through UPI apps, debit cards, credit cards, or net banking:
- Open the JioSaavn app.
- Go to Settings > Manage Plan > Change Plan.
- Select 'No Plan/Free Plan'.
- Add feedback about your cancellation.
- Confirm your cancellation.
For subscriptions purchased through iTunes:
- Open the JioSaavn app.
- Go to Settings > Manage Plan > Change Plan.
- Select 'No Plan/Free Plan''.
- Add feedback about your cancellation.
- Go to your App Store settings and deactivate the subscription.
For subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store:
- Open the JioSaavn app.
- Go to Settings > Manage Plan > Change Plan.
- Select 'No Plan/Free Plan''.
- Add feedback about your cancellation.
- Go to your Google Play Store settings and deactivate the subscription.
For subscriptions purchased through the website (www.jiosaavn.com):
- Head to the web browser on your laptop/mobile.
- Log into www.jiosaavn.com.
- Head to the profile icon (top right-hand corner).
- Click on Account Settings.
- Under the Subscriptions tab, click on Cancel.
Additional Information:
One-time purchase subscriptions don't need to be cancelled. Also, for JioSaavn Pro subscriptions bundled with Jio recharges, the validity period depends on the specific offer details, which can be found in the MyJio app.
