If you’re being charged twice, you may have accidentally signed up more than once with different JioSaavn logins. Let’s fix that right away.
First let’s figure out how your two subscriptions are being billed so you cancel one of them now. Head to your iTunes subscription settings or Google Play Store subscription settings, and if you see two active subscriptions, cancel the one of them so you aren’t charged again for the next billing cycle. If you only see one subscription there, please also check your Account Settings on www.jiosaavn.com. You may have signed up on our website, and not cancelled your iTunes/Google Play Store billed subscription.
