Here's what you can do:
1. Enable JioSaavn as a default skill on your Alexa app.
2. Click on 'Settings' in the JioSaavn Skill page.
3. Link your account by logging in with your JioSaavn credentials.
4. Once it is successfully added, try playing music on Alexa.
If this doesn't help, please write to us from the JioSaavn app settings using the 'Contact us/Chat with us' option.
Currently, JioSaavn on Alexa is available exclusively in India and the US.
