Let's get you back to your downloads. If you're still on the Saavn app, please head to your Playstore and download the all-new JioSaavn app.
If you're on the JioSaavn app, make sure you're on the updated version of the app. Next, restart your device, relaunch your app and try downloading songs one more time. If that doesn't help either, please switch between cellular data and Wi-Fi, that should work.
For any reason, if it still continues, let's try these following steps:
- Head to phone settings and go to “Apps & Notifications”
- Search for Download Manager within Apps & Notifications
- In Download Manager, click on Storage
- Clear cache in storage
- Go back to Download Manager & force stop it and check once again.
