If you see a “Not a valid name.” error while updating your profile, it usually means the name you’ve entered doesn’t match the required format.
Why does this happen?
JioSaavn only accepts names in the following format: First Name + Last Name (only)
Special characters, additional words, or unsupported formats may not work.
How to fix this?
1. Head to the Edit Profile section in your JioSaavn App Settings.
2. Enter only your first name and last name (example: JioSaavn User).
3. Save the changes and done!
