You can deactivate your JioTune using either of these methods:
1. JioSaavn app: Click on the JioTunes tab > select 'Deactivate'.
2. SMS: Send a text message 'Stop' to 56789 and follow the process to deactivate your JioTune.
3. IVR: Dial 155223 from your Jio number and follow the IVR instructions to deactivate your JioTune.
4. MyJio: Open the app and look for the JioTunes option at the bottom of the screen. Click on it to go to the page where you can deactivate the current JioTune.
